Kirk Louis LINTON (1914-1987) according to his birth certificate was born on February 3, 1914. There was a long delay in getting his birth certificate recorded at the Fairfax Court House. The date used was one of the three dates used on the form the actual certificate cannot be found in Richmond. Kirk was born on January 29, 1914, according to his mother’s Journal and family Bible. Kirk was the son of  Charles Edward LINTON (1890-1958) & Annie Lucretia CRONK (1888-1956).
