Agnes was the daughter of William HATHORNTHWAITE (1607–1633) & Elizabeth (1611–1633) Agnes was born on July 13, 1633 in Tethem Parish, Yorkshire, England.
Thomas & Agnes emigrated from England to America on board one of William PENN ships the Lamb which landed on June 26, 1682 in Philadelphia Harbor. Thomas was a Yeoman, millwright and planter. He signed the Settle Certificate on board the Lamb on April 7, 1682 for the purchase of a 1000-acre tract of land on Neshaminy Creek and a warrant for the city lot appurtenant 186 in Neshaminy Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Lamb manifest included two grinding mill stones of Thomas Croasdade.
Thomas “caught a fever on board” the Lamb and died two months after landing in America on August 20, 1682 at age 38 in Neshaminy, Middletown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania Agnes died two years later on August 20, 1684 at age 51 in Middletown. They crossed the Atlantic Ocean with their ten children, ages nineteen to four years old with two of the children dyeing within a year after the voyage from the “fiver” too.

Arthur Leroy PADGETT (August 9, 1895 - July 12, 1935) & Edith Myrtle ROBERTSON (March 25, 1898 - November 18, 1980) were married on May 2, 1918, in Fairfax County, Virginia. Arthur was the son of Walter James PADGETT (March 8, 1876 - October 8, 1945) & Rosalee "Rose" (October 26, 1878 - March 17, 1946) both from Alexandria, Virginia. Edith was the daughter of Ira ROBERTSON (September 9, 1874 - January 11, 1955) & Annie Delilah CRONK (September 24, 1875 - July 5, 1922). They had three known children; James Arthur, Edith Myrtle and Rosa Lee A. "Rosalie". Edith was the 2nd cousin of Kirk Louis LINTON (1914-1987).

Lorenzo was the 3rd cousin twice removed of Kirk Louis LINTON (1914-1987) , and the 10th cousin twice removed of Jeff Augustus "Gus" BIRD (1893-1954).
