BIRD Quotes

Jeff Augustus Gus Bird (1893-1954) was always saying "We are just common Birds."

Gus was a plumber by trade. Gus was the founder and owner of Bird Plumbing and Heating in Birdville, Fort Worth, Texas, some time after 1918. The family plumbing business slogan, by the late 1930's,  was "Don’t cuss, call Gus, for all your plumbing needs"
