Jaime Rolland BIRD (1949–2023) was the only child of J. A. "Jeff Augustus" "Snookum" "Jimmie" BIRD (1923–2015) & Marjorie Blanchard LAFOREST (1927–2010)

Jamie was born on July 1, 1949, in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California and died on October 17, 2023, in Hawthorne, Los Angeles County, California. [i]

On July 17, 1971, Jaime married Ruth Kathryn RUSSELL, the daughter of Richard William RUSSELL & Elsa Augusta Kristine JONSSON in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County, California. Ruth was born on October 25, 1949, in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. [ii]

Jamie worked in the movie and television industry doing carpenter work on movie sets and was the Head Carpenter on the TV show MASH from 1972 to 1983. [iii] Jamie was a active geologists making things form the rocks he found.

Jamie & Ruth had two children:

Sean Russell BIRD was born on April 27, 1979, in Harbor City, Los Angeles County, California. Sean married Carmen Florencia Vasquez BIRD, the daughter of Steven VASQUEZ & Cynthia Jo-Ann Ruiz VASQUEZ, on March 22, 2003, in Lomita, Los Angeles County, California. Carmen was born on August 22, 1975, in Culver City, California. She was christened in 1975, in the Saint Marks Catholic Church, Venice, California. [iv]
Shannon Marie BIRD was born on August 23, 1983, in Harbor City, Los Angeles County, California. She graduated in 2001 in Bishop Montgomery High School, Torrance, Los Angeles County, California. [v]
